Return and Reshipment Policy

Return Window: Customers have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a replacement. This window is strictly enforced to maintain efficiency in our operations.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be shipped back to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition, complete with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is mandatory for processing the return.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid upfront. We encourage customers to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of their returns.

Ordering Multiple Sizes: We discourage the practice of ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return those that do not fit. To assist with accurate sizing, our customer support team at support@astrique.com is available to provide detailed sizing advice and information.

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, contact our customer support at support@astrique.com. Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns, or returns without prior communication, will not be processed or accepted.

Does your product not fit right? No problem, get in touch with us within the first 14 days after receiving your order and we'll help you out with a free replacement, which is way more advantageous money and time-wise compared to a return.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within an hour of placing them. After this period, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. This policy ensures prompt processing and delivery of orders.

Exchanges: To begin the exchange process, contact our customer support at support@astrique.com. You will need to return the item and provide proof of tracking, and we will process your new order.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund can vary and may take some time to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items Policy

In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide proof such as photographs or videos to support your claim. This proof must be submitted to support@astrique.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will proceed with a free reshipment of the item to you. It is important to note that we do not offer refunds for damaged, or defective items, and warehouse errors(incorrect fulfillment). By making a purchase from our store, customers agree to accept a free reshipment as the sole resolution for such issues, acknowledging that refunds are not an available option for damaged or defective goods.
